**The Job**

As a **Quality Manager**, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of our products and the ongoing professionalization of our organization.

You have extensive knowledge of incident management and improvement programs. When a product non-conformity is reported, you get to the bottom of it.

Defect analysis, quality checks, and customer feedback are crucial for identifying structural product and process failures. You discuss the findings and conclusions with the Product Management team and collaboratively develop proposals for change.

To ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, a quality management system is developed. As Quality Manager, you play a key role in its implementation, ensuring an effective integration within the organization.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries and issues from internal and external stakeholders
- Work with the team to set quality goals and drive continuous improvement
- Own the RMA process
- Setup reporting on product quality metrics
- Conduct factory inspections
- Develop and implement quality management system
- Organize internal process audits
- Manage and settle operational incidents

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's level of work and thinking
- A background in product development and/or in EMS
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a technical role within a support or development organization
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, e.g. MID, CE, FCC, UL, CSA
- Excellent communication skills
