**Your main responsibilities**

You are an enthusiastic Network Specialist with experience in an international environment.

In this role, you will:

- Collaborate with various stakeholders on IT infrastructure projects and for global IT improvement projects.
- Advising, developing, executing and overseeing procedures, policies and related tasks for project management and infrastructure management.
- Providing high-level technical expertise for both tactical and operational initiatives, while working with the business to define infrastructure support initiatives and solutions to improve the effectiveness of our service delivery.
- Risk management in line with our ISO certification and SOC 2 controls.

In this role, you will work closely with our central IT organization, for example in the field of IT business solutions, IT architecture and cybersecurity.

The IT department consists of about 40 people, where your team consists of 6 including yourself. **Who you are**
- A positive 'can do' attitude, a team builder and team player with at least 5 years of relevant Infrastructure experience with a focus on network management
- Excellent command of both the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
- Able to work independently on complex projects (monitoring, executing and informing various stakeholders about upcoming issues and overall progress)
- Flexible and energetic; You feel at home within a changing and dynamic organization and have the flexibility to adapt your planning and approach to each situation
- Multi-tasker and hands-on; Willing to take on whatever is needed in an international organization
- Strong organizational skills; You keep an overview, handle matters and report accurately on results and findings

**What technical skills do you bring to the table?**
- In-depth knowledge and experience in designing and implementing IT networks
- Core and access switches (ARUBA/DELL), routers VPN, VLANs, IPSEC and ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access)
- Expert in the field of Next generation Firewalls (Fortinet)
- Azure networking and firewalls
- Network authentication (NPS/Clearpass)
- Active Directory and Azure Entra ID en IAAS
- DELL Hardware Technologies
- VMware and vSphere ESXi, VSAN
- Powershell/ scripting/ Commandline interfaces
- Microsoft Hyper-V, storage space direct platform, Virtual machine manager
- 2nd/3rd line incidents troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with ITIL tools and also familiar with working according to the Agile/Scrum methodologies

- A good (market-based) salary of 3287 to a maximum of 6054 EUR p/month. (based on 40 hours and depending on experience);
