At NP Digital Netherlands & Belgium, we are looking for a Digital Marketer.

In this role, you are a partner to our clients across various online marketing areas. You will have the opportunity to own various disciplines.

At NP Digital, we are specialists, not generalists, meaning you as a specialist will have direct client contact and provide advice on digital marketing solutions.

Your direct colleagues are in the Netherlands, but you will also liaise with experts from all over the world. The primary focus on 'Owned and Earned' media are the first priorities for increasing market share and we firmly believe that digital visibility and UX play a crucial role in making a brand future-proof. **ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Advise and implement digital marketing strategies and tactics for clients
- Optimize website content, including meta-tags, headers, and content, ensuring it is well aligned with the chosen topic
- Research keywords and underlying search intentions relevant to the target audience to find products or services offered by our clients
- Create new content to increase organic visibility, considering keywords, intent, and industry trends
- Set up, monitor, and manage campaigns on digital channels and adjust based on campaign performance
- Set up and execute A/B tests working from data and validating it
- Identify and advise on technical issues that may hinder website performance, such as crawl errors, page loading times, mobile optimization, and website architecture
- Create strategies for clients at the intersection of organic and paid searches ('search synergy')
- Analyze digital marketing performance using KPIs and report back based on actionable insights
- Help with pitching to prospective new NP Digital clients
- Test and optimize custom prompts

**ABOUT YOU**
- We are looking for someone who is curious and hands-on
- At least 2 years of experience within a digital marketing discipline and enjoys working directly with clients
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, in both speech and writing
- Know how to translate insights from SEO, search, and analytics into online campaigns that contribute to the visibility and impact of our organization
- You should have a growth mindset and be wanting to develop your personal and technical skills
- Comfortable taking accountability and responsibility
- Possess a test-and-learn mentality and experience with A/B optimization tests
- Interested in pushing boundaries and experimenting with cutting-edge generative AI technologies
- Enjoys working in a team, as you will collaborate with various (international) teams
- With a creative mindset, you contribute to innovative approaches to digital marketing
- You are innovative and stay up -to-date on market developments and best practices within online marketing
- Think proactively about the best way to communicate with stakeholders
