Location: Hengelo, Netherlands
Our Finance department at Thales Netherlands consists of ~50 team members organized in four different competence centers (clusters):
- Central Accounting & Sales Administration
- Financial Engineering & Treasury
- Bid & Project, Industrial and Procurement Control
- Financial & Budgetary Control
The team is responsible for the actual forecast, strategic business plan and budget processes of departments and entities of Thales Nederland. The cluster is also responsible for internal control and subsidy control. And we're looking for you
**About your future job**
As a Financial Controller you will be responsible for the whole planning and control cycle of the subsidies of Thales Nederland. Key tasks will be:
- Financial contact person for subsidies (internal & external)
- Assessing new subsidy proposals
- Drawing up internal & external progress reports
- Responsible for the actual, forecast and budget processes of subsidies (e.g. sales, costs and cash-flow)
- Finalizing a subsidy project (together with the accountant)
- Sparring partner for project leaders
- Participate in improvement projects
