**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Perform via Central Coordinated Procurement procurement activities for assigned projects, ensuring timely access to necessary materials and services.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal quality, pricing, and delivery conditions.
- Conduct detailed analysis on market trends, project needs, and sustainability impacts for effective sourcing.
- Provide procurement advice and insights to project teams, selecting vendors that meet business and quality standards.
- Maintain and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal customers, fostering a collaborative approach to project procurement.
- Track and report procurement performance, identifying trends to support purchasing strategies.
- Oversee administrative procurement tasks, including documentation of vendor data, orders, and financial records.
- Be a point of contact for Project Managers on procurement topics.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Logistics, Technical or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within a project-based or technical environment.
- Strong negotiation skills at an expert level, with professional competency in contract management.
- Professional proficiency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to organize, plan, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to evaluate supplier options and ensure efficient, high-quality sourcing.
