jouw collega's van het team External Reporting, onderdeel van de afdeling Corporate Control & Reporting (CC&R). Als ‘'meewerkend voorman'' ben je betrokken bij diverse dossiers en fungeer je als sparringpartner voor je team. - Leid ons team in het opstellen van het jaarverslag en andere belangrijke rapportages
- Zorg voor de juiste toepassing van IFRS en CSRD-richtlijnen in onze verslaggeving
- Werk samen met het projectteam CSRD voor een succesvolle implementatie in het jaarverslag van 2024

**Zo ga jij deze uitdaging aan**
In jouw rol werk je nauw samen met het team External Reporting (ER) en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de juiste toepassing van de International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) en de CSRD-richtlijnen. Je analyseert complexe verslaggevingsvraagstukken en adviseert het management en de business over bevindingen en implicaties. De CSRD implementatie voor 2024 is een belangrijk aandachtspunt, waar je in samenwerking met het projectteam CSRD aan werkt. Je zorgt voor een correcte toepassing van de Regulatory Accounting Rules (RAR) bij het opstellen van financiële rapportages voor de toezichthouder ACM. Samen met je team verdeel je onderwerpen op basis van affiniteit en ervaring. Als teammanager heb je focus op werkdruk, ontwikkeling en werkplezier binnen het team.

Als Teammanager External Reporting beschik je over sterke analytische vaardigheden en ben je omgevingsbewust. Je weet mensen mee te nemen in jouw ideeën en overtuigingen. Je hebt ervaring en affiniteitj met IFRS en CSRD en bent gewend om in een veranderende omgeving te werken. Verder heb je:.
- Een afgeronde financiële masteropleiding, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een post-master opleiding als registeraccountant of registercontroller
- Minimaal 10 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in zowel woord als geschrift.

- Salarisschaal 17, tussen € 5.375;
- en €7.678;
- bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur per week). Inclusief secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden kan je salaris oplopen tot € 10.219;
- bruto per maand.
- Bijdrage van 70% aan je ABP Keuzepensioen.
- Persoonlijk budget van 10% en een 13e maand van 10,7% van je bruto jaarsalaris. Deze kun je flexibel inzetten of maandelijks of jaarlijks laten uitbetalen.
- 24,5 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband. Meer oplaadtijd nodig? Met je persoonlijk budget en 13e maand koop je tot wel 35,5 extra verlofdagen.
- Mogelijkheden om thuis te werken, inclusief een door ons ingerichte thuiswerkplek en een vergoeding van € 2,35 per dag.
- Laptop of tablet en telefoon die je ook privé mag gebruiken.
- Reiskostenvergoeding en een eersteklas ov-abonnement voor zakelijk gebruik.
- Vitaliteitsbudget van € 500;
- voor bijvoorbeeld een sportabonnement.
- Ruimte om te groeien met ons interne ontwikkelplatform of externe opleidingen en trainingen.
