Location: Arnhem / Utrecht, Netherlands

**Purpose**

To support our fast growth across Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), Medline is looking for a Motion Designer to join our creative team.

As Motion Designer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing a wide variety of video projects (both internal and external) from start to finish. _We are moving from our current HQ Arnhem office (next to train station Arnhem Centraal) to a new office in central Utrecht in the summer of 2025._

**How can you help us?**
- Work on creative video concepts, storyboards and scripts
- Capture high quality video content, on set and/or on location for both internal and external video content
e.g. product videos, corporate videos, events, social media, training and employee recruiting
- Create visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms
- Incorporate typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content
- Adapting and optimizing motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions for various devices
- Recording of webinars & podcasts
- Strong knowledge of camera operation, composition, lighting, and sound recording techniques
- Maintain and work with cameras, microphones, lighting, props and other studio equipment
- Setting up the location for shooting
- Editing of footage with the use of the appropriate computer software including audio, visual effects, motion graphics
- Demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations
- Contributing to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the design team
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions to achieve the desired creative vision

Other tasks not mentioned in here may be assigned based on preferences, skill levels and upcoming projects.

**Are you our match?**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in videomaking and video editing (5 years of experience in video making and editing)
- You are able to effectively utilize video software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
- You have a strong portfolio of corporate videos
- You are a talented and creative Videographer/Editor
- You have a keen eye for design, aesthetics and attention to detail
- You're able to travel for your projects
- You possess organizational, professional communication and collaboration skills
- You work with and according to the brand guidelines and assets
- You are fluent in written and spoken English; being able to express yourself in an additional European language is a plus
- You are confident in dealing with individuals at all levels both internally and externally
