**Job Description: Group Performance Leader / Production leader**

**What does a GPL / Production leader do? Why you ?**
- Safety: Promote and maintain a strong safety culture.
- Leadership: Coach and manage Team Performance Leaders, Operators, Logistics, and Planning teams with a focus on development and motivation.
- Process Optimization: Enhance production processes through the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and adjust KPIs related to safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Communication: Lead handover and evaluation meetings to discuss KPI goals and improve coordination.
- Problem Solving: Conduct root-cause analyses and escalate issues to relevant teams.
- Reporting: Report and analyze production performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Improvement Projects: Initiate and lead projects like SMED, TPM, and Kaizen.
- HBO level of work and thinking.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Leadership experience in a technical or production environment.
- Skilled in coaching, motivating, and guiding teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Team player capable of collaborating positively with diverse disciplines.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
