Our hotel is perfectly located; next to the Central Station, Beatrix theater and the Jaarbeurs. Our guests can walk straight through the shopping center Hoog Catharijne into the city center. Our hotel is the largest hotel in Utrecht and we have a nice mix of business and leisure guests. During the week we welcome many conference-, meeting
- and trade fair guests. In the weekend we mainly welcome guests who enjoy leisure activities. In short, every day is full of surprises. New colleagues are instantly welcomed into our team, and we have welcomed many colleagues from other NH hotels for the next step in their career. We often work together with our cluster hotel NH Centre Utrecht (Janskerkhof) and it could happen that you are also scheduled to work there occasionally. **What are you going to do?**
As an Intern Food & Beverage you will learn to work all-round within the Food & Beverage department. You are (partly) responsible for providing a wonderful experience for every hotel guest. After a training period, you will work independently in one or more of our Food & Beverage departments. You will help in the service and keep close contact with our guests, you will prepare the restaurants and/or meeting rooms for the arrival of guests and you will maintain close contact with other departments, for example, with the kitchen, with stewarding, and with the front office. Furthermore, with your refreshing eye for detail, you are always looking for improvements.
