**Job Description** Are you a hands-on HR Officer looking for an international work environment?**

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with colleagues, is comfortable with numbers and systems, and can easily switch between local contacts in the Netherlands and our HR colleagues across regions. You'll play a key role in handling our HR backoffice, reports and other tasks at our headquarters. If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you at our office in Rotterdam

We are looking for an **HR Officer** who is ready to step into an international environment, handle a variety of operational HR tasks, and collaborate with colleagues both locally in the Netherlands and across our global offices.

**Key Responsibilities**

**HR Administration & Employee Support**:

- Manage all HR administration, including drafting employment contracts, processing contract changes, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Oversee digital personnel files, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries such as employment certificates, leave requests, and company lease car contracts.
- Handle sick leave and recovery registrations, ensuring precise documentation.

**Payroll & Benefits Management**:

- Prepare payroll for both local and expat employees (outsourced to ADP), ensuring data accuracy and on-time execution.
- Manage pension administration and proactively provide benefits information to staff.
- Act as the main contact for insurance, pension, payroll, and third-party HR service providers.

**Recruitment & Onboarding**:

- Coordinate job postings and assist with recruitment and selection processes.
- Support internship and student worker programs and manage new hire/leaver registrations in the HR system.
- Organize and execute smooth onboarding for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

**HR Systems, Reporting & Compliance**:

- Manage employee data in HR systems (SharePoint, AX Dynamics, Smart Recruiters), ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Contribute to monthly HR reports, appraisals, forecasting, and compliance audits.
- Assist in preparing the yearly global training plan and track company benchmarks to ensure continuous improvement.
- Handle documentation related to work permits, expat contracts, and other compliance requirements.
- Support the preparation of benchmarks and contribute to improving processes related to employee data management and reporting.

**Qualifications** What You Bring**:

- MBO-4 diploma with HBO thinking level, preferably in human recourses related field.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant HR experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience in payroll preparation and working in Excel.
- Affinity & Experience with HR IT systems (SharePoint, AX Dynamics, Smart Recruiters is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- A problem-solving attitude and strong attention to detail.
