Are you an experienced Process Operator who loves challenges and responsibility? Do you want to contribute to the production of the most delicious salads in the Netherlands? Johma, the largest salad maker in the Netherlands, is looking for a driven and ambitious Process Operator.

**Wat wordt er van je verwacht**:
As a Process Operator, you will play a crucial role within Johma. You will ensure that the production of sauces and salads is carried out according to strict quality standards and that daily targets are achieved. It is your responsibility to closely monitor the process and intervene quickly where necessary. Specific tasks include:

- Producing the sauces for all Johma salads and ensuring product quality;
- Coordinating the filling of storage tanks with production planning to ensure progress;
- Carrying out quality controls to ensure that the salads meet the strict Johma quality standards;
- Achieving daily production goals and targets so that all customers are supplied on time;
- Coordinating production planning with shift leaders so that production is in line with the salads to be produced;
- Performing daily and periodic (CIP) cleaning to ensure hygiene and safety requirements.

**Wat zoeken wij**:
We are looking for a Process Operator who not only has experience, but also the drive to take responsibility for the process and the quality of the products. You are someone who works according to strict HACCP guidelines and always maintains an overview, even under pressure. In addition, you recognize yourself in the following characteristics:

- You are available full-time and willing to work in a 3-shift system (morning shift from 6.00 - 14.00 AM, afternoon shift from 14:00 AM - 22:00 PM and night shift from 22:00 PM - 06:00 AM.
- You have experience in the food industry and understand the importance of process optimization and quality control;
- You have experience working under pressure and can switch quickly to achieve the set targets;
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and/or Dutch, knowledge of German is an advantage;
You have a strong sense of responsibility and always work in accordance with the applicable hygiene and safety standards.

- A gross starting salary of €16,19 per hour, excluding the following allowances;
> Between 18:00 and 00:00 you will receive a 33% surcharge;
> Between 00:00 and 06:00 you will receive a 35% surcharge;
- Travel allowance;
- Every Thursday you can take the tastiest Johma salads home with you;
- If you function well, you have a chance to get a permanent contract with 4 Minutes;
- No own transport? Use a 4 Minutes bike or scooter.
