**Content Manager - Lead the Future of Digital Sales Training**

Are you ready to pioneer the world’s first fully digital avatar-led Sales Academy? We’re looking for a skilled Content Manager to join our team at ideas in Spades. Based in Amsterdam, you’ll oversee content production, manage our video team, and drive our YouTube channels—all while ensuring top-notch quality in our groundbreaking sales training content.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead content creation for the Academy’s digital courses, from concept to final production.
- Oversee video production schedules and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Collaborate with creatives to refine our unique avatar-led training experience.

**What You Bring**:

- 3-5 years in content management, ideally with experience in sales training or educational products.
- Proven track record in video production management and digital content creation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the drive to set new standards in online education.
