**Taken en verantwoordelijkheden**
Als Fund Controller ben je samen met collega’s binnen het Fund Team verantwoordelijk voor de fondsenportefeuille. Je zult dagelijks administratieve
- en fiscaal gerelateerde zaken voor deze fondsenportefeuille afhandelen en ben je een aanspreekpunt voor de cliënt.
Iets concreter, worden dit jouw werkzaamheden:
- Fondsadministraties zelfstandig bijwerken;
- Facturen zelfstandig verwerken;
- Zelfstandig betalingsvoorstellen voorbereiden;
- Zelfstandig periodieke rapportages opstellen en communicatie met cliënten;
- Opstellen en voorbereiden periodieke NAV-statements
- Correcte verwerking van closings, drawdowns en distributions op investeerdersniveau;
- Correcte verwerking van fair values van portfoliobedrijven;
- Berekenen van performance fee aan de fondsbeheerders;
- Assistentie verlenen bij het lanceren van nieuwe fondsen van de beheerders, incl. beoordelen van subscription-formulieren en uitvoeren van KYC-controle;
- Voorbereiden van rapportages aan o.a. toezichthouders (Belastingdienst, AFM en DNB)
- Beoordelen of de activiteiten van een fonds in overeenstemming zijn met de fondsvoorwaarden;
- Assisteren bij het opstellen van concept jaarrekeningen en voorbereiden van bijbehorende samensteldossiers;
- BTW- en dividendaangiftes verzorgen;
- Vragen cliënten oppakken en zorgen voor tijdige opvolging ervan;
**Kennis en ervaring**
- Je hebt een bachelor of master opleiding succesvol afgerond (accountancy, bedrijfseconomie of gelijkwaardig);
- Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
**Vaardigheden**
Je kunt goed functioneren in een dynamische omgeving, je bent sociaal vaardig en kunt goed in een
team werken.
**Persoonlijke eigenschappen**
Je bent een enthousiaste en ambitieuze teamspeler en je vindt het leuk om relaties te onderhouden
met cliënten en derden. Daarin staat het ontzorgen van de cliënt centraal. Je bent communicatief
vaardig en neemt initiatieven. Van belang is dat je analytisch scherp en stressbestendig bent en dat je accuraat kunt werken. Daarnaast ben jij pro actief ingesteld en heb je een ‘get stuff done’ mentaliteit.

Je hebt professionele vaardigheden in Nederlands en/of Engels.

**Positie van de functie**
Je zult in het Fund Team werken waarin je intensief samenwerkt met andere teamleden en waar collegialiteit, betrokkenheid en pro activiteit voorop staan. Je zult in je werkzaamheden worden begeleid door een Senior Fund/Financial Controller, Supervisor en Director.
