Hug Engineering B.V. is looking for an

**IT Systemadministrator (f/m/d)**

We are looking for a dedicated IT Systemadministrator to assume responsibility for the IT department at two locations. You will independently support around 60 employees in Magdeburg (Germany) and Enschede (Netherlands) and ensure that IT operations run smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for all IT requests and work closely with our team at the main office in Switzerland.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Independent support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure (server, network, telephone system and printers)
- Responsibility for local data centers
- IT project work
- 1st and 2nd level support and organization of training courses
- User administration and IT asset management
- Administration of mobile communication
- Global collaboration with various teams in the company

**Your profile**:

- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or in a comparable specialization
- Professional experience in the IT sector
- Very good German and English skills (written and spoken), knowledge of Dutch is an advantage
- Reliable, resilient and service-orientated personality
- Strong sense of responsibility and an independent and structured way of working
- Occasional willingness to travel between the Magdeburg and Enschede locations
