Poultry Inspector

As a poultry inspector (bandkeurder), you play a crucial role in our company’s process. You are responsible for inspecting slaughtered chickens and their organ packages. You assess whether they are suitable for further processing and ultimately for human consumption. By doing so, you ensure the food safety and quality of our products

**What Can You Expect?**

The future poultry inspector (bandkeurder) will start with a challenging, specialized training course that includes knife skills, chicken anatomy, and diseases/defects. An inspector works as a production worker in their own department and according to a schedule as an inspector in the “Panklaar” department. Since the inspector (bandkeurder) is of great importance to our slaughtering process and the training is expensive, we are looking for production workers who are willing to commit to this position for several years. **Job Requirements**:

- Good command of the Dutch or English language (both oral and written), this will be tested in advance. If you do not yet master the Dutch language, we are happy to offer you a Dutch language course.
- Minimum age of 18 due to working in shifts.
- Demonstrable knife skills are a plus.
- Own transport.
- Willingness to be employed as an inspector (bandkeurder) for several years.
