**facility administrator**:
Als Facility Administrator heb je een hele gevarieerde baan waarin je dagelijks alle binnenkomende meldingen oppakt, van welke aard dan ook. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en zorgt niet alleen voor de registratie van deze meldingen, maar ook voor een correcte (administratieve) afhandeling.

Je maakt bestellingen, meld storingen aan materieel of gebouwen, handelt werkbonnen af, plant werkzaamheden in, zorgt dat bestellingen op de juiste plek terecht komen, vraagt offertes op, stuurt monteurs aan, registreert tellerstanden of verwerkt urenstaten. Je zorgt dat alle binnengekomen meldingen binnen de gemaakte (contractuele) afspraken worden opgepakt en uitgevoerd.

**Jouw werkomgeving**
Je werkt samen met een team van totaal 6 collega’s, waarvan jij o.a. verantwoordelijk bent voor onze binnendienst. Om onze business optimaal te ondersteunen heb je hiervoor dagelijks contact met interne en externe stakeholders. Denk hierbij aan de operators, collega’s, leveranciers en overige partijen die Seacon inzet voor bijvoorbeeld onze warehouses en terreinonderhoud.

**Dit ben jij**:

- Je bent een echte aanpakker, kunt snel schakelen, de juiste prioriteiten stellen en weet deze verder te coördineren
- Je beheerst over goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands, Engels en Duits
- Je bent altijd op zoek naar verbeteringen, hebt sterke administratieve vaardigheden en vind je het leuk om de spil te zijn tussen verschillende partijen
- Je hebt een MBO+ werk
- en denkniveau en een diploma in de richting van Facility-management is een pré
