As a Junior Marketer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our market intelligence, keeping us at the forefront of industry trends, brand developments, and innovative product launches across diverse sub-categories. This is your chance to be part of a team that influences some of the most beloved products in households across EMEA.
- Market Expertise: Develop deep insights into the Home and Fabric Care market across EMEA, including key players, brands, and the latest product innovations.
- Market Reviews: Craft and continually update comprehensive market reviews for select countries and sub-categories within the region.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with marketing managers to create impactful presentations that resonate with our customers.
- Knowledge Sharing: Act as a knowledge hub, sharing the latest market trends and product launches with your colleagues.
- Event Participation: Support and contribute to events like Scent Inspiration days, customer visits, and internal presentations, helping to bring our fragrances to life.
- Product Management: Oversee the ordering and management of market products, while maintaining strong relationships with global product shoppers.
- Digital Integration: Keep IFF’s online tool, The Gallery, updated with the latest product launches.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring smooth operations.
- Logistics Coordination: Organize the delivery of market products and samples for customer presentations and visits.
- Creative Assistance: Assist in preparing fragrance collection boxes and maintaining the product library.

What We’re Looking For:

- Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proactive Personality: Hands-on, with a can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Passion for Fragrances: A genuine interest in the fragrance industry and its impact on everyday life.
