Internship - Category management

Wil jij de drijvende kracht zijn achter het succes van ons assortiment en heb je een scherp oog voor marktkansen? Als Category Management Stagiair(e) bij Heineken krijg jij de kans om jouw passie voor Retail en analytische vaardigheden in de praktijk te brengen

Tijdens deze commerciële stage krijg je de unieke kans om je te verdiepen in alle facetten van Category Management, de afdeling die fungeert als de verbindende schakel tussen Marketing en Sales. Je hebt een breed takenpakket waarbij je meedraait in de werkzaamheden van het team en je richt op het behalen van een de commerciële doelstellingen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

- Meewerken aan assortimentsverbeteringen bij retailers zoals Albert Heijn, Jumbo en Plus.
- Ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding van klantafspraken.
- Analyseren van data en dit vertalen naar concrete groei inzichten
- Evalueren van winkelvloer activaties

Tijdens je stage krijg je de ruimte om HEINEKEN als bedrijf te leren kennen, ook buiten jouw afdeling en HEINEKEN. We geven jou het vertrouwen en de vrijheid, zodat je als een echte ondernemer te werk kunt gaan. We halen de buitenwereld graag naar binnen en daarom omarmen wij nieuwe, frisse ideeën met enthousiasme. Uiteraard altijd met de begeleiding die voor jou passend is.

De afdeling

Je bent onderdeel van het Category Management team binnen de afdeling Retail. Deze afdeling richt zich op de groei van de categorie bij retailers zoals Albert Heijn, Jumbo en Plus door shopper gedrag in kaart te brengen.

De arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Jouw startdatum is augustus/september
- De stage is fulltime (in overleg is ook 4 dagen in de week mogelijk)
- De duur van de stage is 5 of 6 maanden (dit gaat in overleg met je stagebegeleider)
- Het is een meewerkstage
- Jouw standplaats is Leiden, waarbij je een aantal dagen vanuit kantoor werkt maar ook de mogelijkheid hebt om deels vanuit huis stage te lopen
- Je ontvang een stagevergoeding van €500 bruto per maand obv 40 uur per week
- Je geniet van 2 vakantiedagen per maand (o.b.v. fulltime)
- Als je geen ov-studentenproduct hebt, worden jouw kosten voor woon-werkverkeer volledig vergoed

De start van jouw stage

Samen met een diverse groep stagiairs van verschillende afdelingen zul jij aan jouw stage bij HEINEKEN beginnen. Samen worden jullie wegwijs gemaakt in de organisatie. Verder kun je samen met je mede stagiair(e)s leuke activiteiten organiseren.

De unieke jij
- 3e of 4e jaars WO/HBO student(e)
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Je hebt affiniteit met commercie
- Je bent enthousiast en leergierig
- Je werkt zorgvuldig en let op de details
- Je bent proactief, zelfstandig en hebt een goede analytische blik;

**Voorwaarden vanuit HEINEKEN**

1. Je staat ingeschreven bij een onderwijsinstelling, waarvan wij het bewijs van inschrijving van het actuele studiejaar van jou ontvangen.

a. In het geval niet-EU nationaliteit dien je als stagiair(e) ingeschreven te staan bij een Nederlandse onderwijsinstelling.

b. In geval van wel-EU nationaliteit mag je als stagiair ook ingeschreven staan bij onderwijsinstellingen buiten de EU.

2. Woonachtig in Nederland tijdens stage (HEINEKEN faciliteert niet in housing).
