**About this position**:
As an HR consultant, you will work on current HR topics. Here you can think of recruitment and selection of staff, absenteeism, diversity, talent management and supervising assessment interviews. You will also cast a critical eye over current HR processes within the office, such as personnel management and the onboarding of new colleagues. You have short lines of communication with the director, the board, attorneys and the colleagues of team Support. Together you will arrive at the best approach, ensuring that processes run smoothly.

**Your focus**:
As an HR advisor, you are an important lynchpin in the organization. In addition to your daily work as a human resources consultant, you have an eye for everyone's interests. You are responsible for developing and implementing an effective HR policy that matches the dynamics of the legal profession. Your HR expertise enables you to create support for an integrated HR approach with impact and persuasiveness.

**Your profile**:
We are not looking for the sheep with five legs. This sheep does not exist. We are looking for a pleasant HR advisor with whom we can work well together. We will decide together what your position will look like. Furthermore, you are a pleasant interlocutor. You have a Bachelor's degree in the HR field and at least 3 years of targeted work experience in a business environment. Your knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations and strategic innovations is up-to-date. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and are able to interact at different levels. You are proactive, think in solutions and know how to balance the interests of the organization with those of the employees. Because you naturally position yourself centrally and visibly, employees know how to find you with all kinds of basic and complex questions. Your coaching skills and listening ear will be greatly appreciated.

**This makes it extra fun**:

- A salary between €3,505.60 and €5,007.64 gross per month (depending on age and work experience) based on 40-hour (full-time) employment, according to job group 8.
- 25 vacation days based on a 40-hour work week.
- Maximum of 3 mandatory leave days, 2 of which are at the employer's expense.
- Work-from-home opportunities and compensation.
