**Wat ga je doen?**

Als Quality Coordinator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van de kwaliteitsstrategie en het beleid van RWG. Jij zorgt ervoor dat we voldoen aan wettelijke vereisten en bedrijfsdoelen optimaal realiseren. Dit doe je onder andere door:

- Het initiëren, stimuleren en coördineren van kwaliteitsonderwerpen binnen RWG.
- Het waarborgen van kwaliteit via audits en een continue verbeterproces.
- Het beheren en optimaliseren van het Integrated Management Systeem (QHSSE), inclusief Arbo
- en milieuwetgeving.
- Het behalen en behouden van belangrijke ISO-certificeringen.
- Het opstellen van auditplannen en organiseren van procesaudits.
- Het coachen van collega's om hun kennis en vaardigheden te verbeteren, gericht op kwaliteitsbewustzijn.
- Je staat midden in de organisatie en weet anderen te enthousiasmeren voor het werken volgens de gestelde kwaliteitsnormen. Ook ben je een ambassadeur voor kwaliteit, zowel binnen als buiten RWG.

**Functie eisen**:

- HBO werk
- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in procesmanagement, kwaliteitsmanagement of technische bedrijfskunde.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met kwaliteitssystemen (zoals Total Quality Management)
- Kennis van Six Sigma en bij voorkeur Black belt gecertificeerd;
- Grondige kennis van relevante wet
- en regelgeving (bijv. Wet Kwaliteitsborging, ISO-normen).
- Ervaring met bedrijfsprocessen en het uitvoeren van audits.
- Je bent besluitvaardig, communicatief sterk, assertief en zelfstandig.
- Uitstekende vaardigheden in zowel schriftelijke als mondelinge communicatie.
- Je blijft kalm onder druk en hebt een scherp probleemoplossend vermogen.

De arbeidsvoorwaarden bestaan uit:

- Een brutosalaris van max. €6.800;
- per maand op basis van 38,75 uur per week;
- 8% vakantiegeld;
- Variabele prestatiebonus;

- Reiskostenvergoeding;
- Pensioenregeling;
- Bijdrage in ziektekosten.
