To help us achieve this mission we are looking for a Routing Analyst.

**What you'll do**
As a Routing Analyst you are part of the Smart Routing Team. This team adds significant value to our SMS, Voice and RCS traffic and works closely together with many other (international) departments. You will step into a dynamic industry that operates globally, 24 x 7 and works on small margins and substantial volumes. You will support the local and global sales teams with your cost and market analyses, helping them close their deals. Our account managers rely on your knowledge to keep their customers traffic compliant globally. You support key decision makers with accurate information to make sure they make the right decision.

Together with our Finance department you keep control over our total SMS expenditure and resolve financial conflicts with our suppliers by performing root-cause investigations.

With the developers and product owner in the Smart Routing Team you think of new ways to optimize the quality of our services and products (better delivery of messages, higher conversion to action, new anti-fraud protection).

**What you offer**
- Bachelor’s degree;
- You have an eye for detail and like digging into data;
- Affinity with technology is preferable;
- You don’t need prior knowledge for the industry, but you are open to learn;
- You are an excellent communicator in English, Dutch is a bonus;
- Preferable you live in travel distance of our office in Breda;
- You are available at least 32 hours a week.
