**Connectivity Engineer**

Als Connectivity Application Analyst binnen Action ben je verantwoordelijk voor onze netwerk
- en telefonieoplossingen waarop onze inmiddels 2.500 winkels, distributiecentra, country offices en het internationale hoofdkantoor draaien. Achter de schermen zorg jij ervoor dat Action kan blijven groeien. Stap jij in deze essentiële rol?

**Dit zijn jouw dagelijkse actions**

Als Connectivity Application Analyst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het mede ontwerpen, implementeren en onderhouden van hoogwaardige connectiviteitsoplossingen voor onze gehele Action organisatie. Binnen het Development & Operations team stuur je operationeel onze IT-partners aan als het gaat om onze netwerk
- en telefoniediensten. Dat betekent dat jij o.a. changes controleert en goedkeurt voor nieuwe of bestaande projecten. Ook hou je je nauwlettend bezig met kostenbeheersing en de gebruikscijfers van onze diensten.

Op de korte termijn staan er genoeg projecten voor je klaar waar je je in kunt vastbijten. Zo zijn we bezig met het onderzoeken van een nieuwe telefonie oplossing in distributiecentra, willen we de communicatie-oplossing in de winkels verder verbeteren, en optimaliseren we continu onze internationale call centers.
Op het gebied van netwerken is de eerste basis van onze netwerkarchitectuur gelegd, en willen we daar verbeteringen gaan implementeren die bijdragen aan een krachtige beveiliging en nog hogere beschikbaarheid.
Al met al ben jij een van de steunpilaren waarop Action qua vakkennis rust. Je zorgt er immers voor dat Action beter kan werken.

**Dit wordt jouw team**

Binnen de afdeling Technology werk je met zo’n 100 collega’s op het internationale hoofdkantoor pragmatisch, oplossingsgericht en in sneltreinvaart aan diverse IT-oplossingen. Het Office Automation team waar je onderdeel van wordt, bestaat uit 7 interne collega’s en meerdere externe partners met wie intensief samengewerkt wordt om de omgeving stabiel, schaalbaar en veilig te houden en door te ontwikkelen. Door standaardisatie wordt de groei van Action in alle landen optimaal ondersteund.

**Dit ben jij**

Je beschikt over het nodige technische inzicht, maar kunt ook in de administratie duiken wanneer dat nodig is. Je bent nieuwsgierig en pakt graag problemen pragmatisch aan. Je wilt jezelf nog verder ontwikkelen, dus neemt een leergierige houding mee.

En verder:

- Beschik je over een afgeronde bachelor of master in Computer Science, Information Technology, of een gerelateerd vakgebied
- Ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol met telefonie/netwerken
- Uitstekende beheersing van Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk)
- Is het een pré wanneer je eerder in een regieorganisatie gewerkt hebt.
