**About You**

As our **Supply Chain Manager**, you’ll ensure smooth inventory management, optimize supplier relations, and work closely with the sales and operations teams. You’ll be the voice of coordination between the different teams and act as the key contact point for managing stock, orders, and operational alignment. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, proactive, and thrives under pressure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Ensure stock availability and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize shortages or excess stock.
- **Supplier Relations**:

- Manage the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best terms.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers to guarantee timely deliveries.
- **Operations Alignment**:

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Address and resolve any supply chain challenges that may affect delivery schedules or production.
- **Sales Team Coordination**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team to communicate stock availability, delivery timelines, and potential issues.
- Ensure clear, proactive communication across teams to support sales goals and operational needs.

**What You Bring**:

- Proven experience in supply chain management or a similar field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to keep operations running smoothly.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise across teams and with external suppliers.
- Negotiation and relationship management abilities to secure favorable supplier agreements.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and supply chain tools is a plus.
- Language Requirements : English
