Wij, van The Swatch Group Netherlands, zijn opzoek naar collega’s die in onze nieuwe winkel in de Westfield Mall of the Netherlands in Leidschendam wil komen werken The Swatch Group Netherlands is dé verkooporganisatie van gerenommeerde Zwitserse horlogemerken zoals; Swatch, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Rado en Balmain binnen Nederland. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Eindhoven leveren wij de horloges aan zelfstandige juweliers en onze eigen winkels. The Swatch Store Netherlands heeft een groeiend aantal eigen verkooppunten zoals; Swatch Stores, De Tourbillon boutique in Amsterdam en Hour Passion in Designer Outlet Roermond.
**Functie**
De functie Store Medewerk(st)er binnen Swatch Store Leidschendam is parttime en fulltime in te vullen. In deze rol ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alle bezoekers in de winkel. Eigenlijk kun jij jezelf ook zien als een ambassadeur/adviseur van onze merken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de hele procedure; van adviseren tot aan het afrekenen. Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de aftersales en de reparaties. Geen zorgen Je hoeft zelf geen ingewikkelde reparaties uit te voeren. Je zorgt er alleen voor dat de klachten op de juiste manier worden afgehandeld.
**Profiel** Wat verwachten we van jou?**
Het is natuurlijk fijn als je al wat ervaring hebt opgedaan in de Retail als verkoper. Het belangrijkste is dat je wel commercieel en ondernemend bent ingesteld. Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook in de weekenden en je bent proactief. Door social media, netflix en videoland kan iedereen wel een goed woordje Engels spreken wat heel goed uitkomt En Nederlands natuurlijk, maar dat spreekt voor zich.
**Aanbod** Nu hebben we natuurlijk van alles aangegeven wat we van jou nodig hebben, maar wat krijg je nu van ons?**
