We have an exciting job opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Summer Intern to work as an Operations Administrator in our Rotterdam office.

**3 Month Contract from June to August**

**Position Summary**

As a summer intern, you will act as a general support function for Moving Services Operations and the European transport department, Responsible for shipment tracing, data entry, and documentation handling (preparing, collecting, distributing, and saving to Navision) and will have contact with Move coordinators & suppliers,

**Description of Duty**

30% - Shipment Tracing
- Through system workflows, confirming events occurred and then updating various internal company systems.
- Proactively informing stakeholders.

30% - Documentation Handling
- Responsible for arranging all shipment documents and relevant processing action with, Coordinators, agents, and vendors. Preparing invoicing and Purchase orders.

20% - Customer Service
- Liaising with (internal) customers, agents, and vendors, regarding status changes ensuring timely communication.

20%- Other Duties as assigned
- Including communications, desk coverage, registering files as needed, and Hour administration.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills
- Basic geographical knowledge would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Affinity with Logistics
- Ability to manage deadlines, multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- PC proficiency - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and job-related system
