Cadent Sourcing has partnered with one of the Netherland’s leading international manufacturing businesses.
**We are seeking to hire a Quality Manager, specifically to implement and manage processes with the goal of achieving ISO 9001 accreditation.**
**Location: Geldermalsen (3 days in Office). Occasional European travel is needed**
**Required**:
- Degree qualification in a related Quality or Manufacturing field.
- Experience in Quality Management in a manufacturing environment.
- In depth Understanding of ISO 9001.
- Experience in achieving or maintaining ISO Accreditation is a distinct advantage.
- Strong internal communication and influencing skills.
- Attention to Detail.
**Duties**:
- Manage and maintain the company Quality Management System.
- Conduct Quality Audits on all manufacturing premises (UK, Netherlands, Poland).
- Drive changes and improvements to all aspects to Quality Management, as you see fit.
- Achieve Best-in-Class Quality Processes and Procedures.
- Achieve ISO Accreditation.
- Report upwards on Quality Risks, Actions and KPIs.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €8.000,00 - €10.000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
