Voor onze store in Emmen zoeken wij een enthousiaste Service Assistant.

**Part-time - Emmen**

Als **Service Assistant** heb je een belangrijke taak in onze store. Samen met je collega’s ben je namelijk hét visitekaartje. Zo verwelkom je iedere klant geheel in Douglas-stijl. En met jouw persoonlijke presentatie ziet iedere klant je passie voor onze producten.

**Jouw verwantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je biedt service door het uitvoeren van alle werkzaamheden ter ondersteuning van de verkoop binnen de store;
- Je zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten professioneel worden geholpen bij het afrekenen;
- Je tovert Douglas-producten om tot prachtig ingepakte cadeaus die schitteren op iedere verjaardag en onder elke kerstboom;
- Je vult verpakkingsmateriaal, giftcards, proefjes en klantencadeaus aan bij de kassa;
- Je informeert de klant over lopende acties en promoties;
- Tot slot zorg je dat iedere klant met een zeer tevreden gevoel de store verlaat en weer snel terugkomt.**Jouw kennis en vaardigheden**:
- Enthousiaste en representatieve uitstraling;
- Toegewijd en klantvriendelijk karakter;
- Flexibel inzetbaar (o.a. in de avonden en weekenden), want dan zijn er de meeste klanten. En zij zijn precies de reden waarom wij dit werk zo leuk vinden;
- Minimaal vmbo-werkniveau en -denkniveau;
