**THE ROLE**:
Every year, there are **limited spots** available. Each Trainee is unique and thus every traineeship is tailored to the talents and challenges of each individual. During your traineeship you and your mentor will focus on developing various key competencies and skills.

The program consists of three parts:

- Moving in: onboarding, get to know the company
- Moving around: 3-4 rotations within the Damen divisions with the possibility to go abroad.
- Moving on: continue your career in a challenging job within Damen supporting your ambitions, expertise and skills gained during the traineeship.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:
To be eligible to this program, you must hold a bachelor or master’s degree (not only limited to Finance), you must be willing to travel to different Damen locations, possess no more than two years of work experience and demonstrate curiosity, dedication and an open-minded attitude.

Once you've aced the interview, it is your turn to let us discover the amazing individual you are during a presentation which will be conducted by a panel.
