**Job summary**:

- Analyzes and develops logistics plans to control the movement of commodities from storage to distribution and to ensure the smooth running of operations.**Job requirements**:

- Generating and analyzing reports of transportation costs, carrier performance and lead times.
- Assisting in the development of process flows to track lead time by activity and providing solutions to reduce lead times.
- Implementing and maintaining monitoring systems to provide information on shipment status, shipped date, in transit location, estimated arrival date, and actual delivery date.
- Analyzing logistics plans and identifying opportunities for distribution quality improvement to meet clients needs.

**Education**:

- IC - Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
