**About the role**: Evos is consolidating all group financial services into the Evos Shared Financial Services (ESFS). The EFSF is located in our Amsterdam based headquarter. As ESFS Manager you will be responsible for the team management and finance operations of Evos group.

The manager is responsible for the service delivery, performance and development of the ESFS in line with the Evos strategy and requirements. Further you are responsible for:

- Managing the Service delivery of ESFS; SLAs, processes, services, compliance, quality and budget as part of the group finance management team. Manage and develop the ESFS team; people engagement, state of mind, continuous improvements, implementing a healthy performance orientation in the ways of daily management of the team.
- Manage the ESFS governance with the Terminal stakeholders; ensuring timeliness and quality of accounting and reporting.
- Promote and implement Standard processes, including internal controls and standard way of working. Manage Process Optimization initiatives and Business Central changes as a functional owner of Finance for the ERP /CAB (change approval board) lead.
- Provide Support and Advise to management in any specific questions where understanding finance operations; Accounts payables, Accounts Receivables, General ledger accounting, or Financial control is essential.

**About you**:You are a seasoned Finance Manager with at least ten years’ experience in hands-in finance processes, accounting and control preferably on group level. Further you match:
- You have an** **University or Higher professional qualification in Finance or Business Administration e.g. master of business administration.
- Experience in logistics/storage or comparable international industry.
- Fluent in English and preferably in one or more of the following languages; Dutch, German and Spanish.
- You are a result driven finance manager with customer focus and you can manage complexity.
- You have strong team building and team leading capabilities.
- You have hands-in affinity to Financial control and Month end close processes preferably in International context**Our offer**: Next to a very competitive salary we can offer you:
