**Job description**:

- Responsible for the on-site management of the distribution center, guiding and supervising on-site operations, improving operational quality and efficiency, and ensuring the normal operation of express shipments;
- Provide support for the overall planning of transfer batches, operating procedures, transfer site layout and equipment configuration, and promote the scientific and technological operation of the site;
- Prevent and promptly deal with existing problems such as operating costs and risks, reduce operating costs and risks, and ensure that all work in the transit yard is carried out in an orderly manner;
- Manage transit personnel, create a good team atmosphere, and improve employee satisfaction;
- Responsible for summarizing and analyzing problem data during the transfer process, and formulating specific improvement plans;
- Establish professional relationships and communication channels with independent contractors to promote and support business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Over 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a logistics or distribution center environment.
- Proficiency in Chinese is a must. Familiarity with Dutch warehouse operations is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to analyze data to formulate improvement strategies.
- Effective communication skills to establish and maintain professional relationships with independent contractors.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
