The objective of this graduation assignment is to develop and implement a detailed reporting system for working capital KPIs, such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), and Days Inventory Outstanding (DOI). These reports should be available not only at the company level per period but also at deeper levels such as region, supplier/product, and product level. The obtained data will be analysed to make recommendations for optimizing working capital.

- Analytical Skills: The ability to analyse complex data and identify trends and bottlenecks.
- Studying for a Bsc or Master in finance & control
- Accuracy: Essential for collecting and reporting data precisely.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to formulate and implement recommendations to optimize working capital.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication in Dutch and English is important for presenting findings and recommendations.
- Independence: The ability to work independently and take initiative in research and analysis.
- Team-Oriented: While independence is important, you must also be able to collaborate effectively with supervisors and other stakeholders.
