Dan is de rol van **Brand Ambassador** bij British American Tobacco jouw perfecte kans Wij zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste mensen die zich willen binden aan ons project en mínimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar zijn, waarbij de zaterdag een vaste werkdag is.

**Functieomschrijving**:
Als **Brand Ambassador** ben jij hét gezicht van British American Tobacco in tabak-speciaalzaken voor meerdere dagen per week. Je krijgt de kans om langdurige relaties op te bouwen met klanten en een waardevolle bijdrage te leveren aan ons team.

**Concreet**:

- Actief benaderen van klanten en hen informeren over onze producten, met speciale nadruk op nieuwe producten;
- Stimuleren van aankopen en het vergroten van de klanttevredenheid door middel van overtuigende promoties;
- Zorgvuldig presenteren van ons assortiment en bijdragen aan een aantrekkelijke winkelervaring;
- Trainen van winkelpersoneel over ons assortiment en nieuwe producten;
- Rapporteren van klantfeedback en het signaleren van nieuwe marktkansen.

**Competenties**:
Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, verwachten wij het volgende van jou:
- Flexibele beschikbaarheid van mínimaal 24 uur per week, waarbij de zaterdag een vaste werkdag is;
- Een proactieve en zelfverzekerde benadering in het contact met klanten;
- Een enthousiaste en representatieve uitstraling, gekoppeld aan sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Een commerciële instelling en interesse in de sales, met bij voorkeur ervaring in de detailhandel;
- Een oprechte interesse in de tabaksbranche en de bereidheid om hier meer over te leren.
