Join the forefront of fasteners innovation at Fabory; the Masters in Fasteners. We're seeking an International Business Developement Manager, driven to play a pivotal role in our global growth success.
The International Business Development Manager is responible for developing long-term, international strategic relationships that result in profiable sales and partnerships with our key and new customers. Coordinates and aligns with multiple cross functional teams and geographical regions ensuring that the companies largest international prospects and customers are served in the most optimal way.
You will:
- Business Development: Development of new and strategic OEM accounts. Effective management of your portfolio, expanding your network of potential customers, building sustainable relationships.
- Cross-functional (Project) Team Leadership: Leads the designated account team with an impact in different countries and solves cross-border client challenges for hierarchies where it is the primary KAM.
- Stategic Account Planning: Creation and execution of strategic account plans, in line with the company's sales strategy. Effective presentation of the value proposition, leveraging customer service partners along with other departments suc as Business Service, Supply Chain and Q&T.
- Project Management: Analysis of the needs and processes of the international client (procurement process, production process). Development, maintenance, extensions, renewals or termination of account agreements through the contract management process, having a complete view of what stage all your clients are in. Analysis of KPI's and sales indicators using CRM, PowerBI and other reporting tools to understand the current situation and proactively report the results, using theinformation to implement corrective actions and performance imporvements.
**What you’ll need to become successful**:
- Preferably a master's or bachelor's degree or equal by experience.
- At least 5 years od experience in B2B sales, incluyding key account management in an OEM context. Preferably in an international environment.
- Demonstrated experience with the development, implementation and execution of strategic plans to strengthen client relationships and foster business growth.
- Proven succes in leading international account teams or project management, guaranteeing projects are delivered on timer, with scope, and exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and build strong long term relationships.
- Fluent Business English and at least one other EU-language.
- In-depth knowledge of the sector, its clients and industrial markets to indentify the best opportunities for services and client growth.
- Analytical and results-oriented skills, perseverance in every situation with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel 50% of your time.
