**Company Description**
We are a company offering **electric mopeds** for rent to both **consumers and B2B clients** across multiple cities. Our mopeds are designed for convenient and eco-friendly transport, but as with any fleet, maintenance is key. When batteries get depleted, they need to be swapped efficiently, ensuring the mopeds stay operational. Additionally, when mopeds are damaged, repairs are often needed in the field or, in some cases, the vehicles must be transported to our workshops for more complex work. To keep everything running smoothly, we rely on a strong operational team—and that's where you come in.

We are seeking a highly motivated **Fleet Manager** to oversee the management of our moped fleet in **Amsterdam, Haarlem, and Hilversum**. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, workshops, and personnel. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for two workshops located in Amsterdam and Haarlem, working closely with a Lead Mechanic to ensure the output and performance of these workshops meet company standards. You will also lead a team of mechanics, swappers, and transporters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Leadership & Team Management**: Lead and manage the teams of mechanics, swappers, and transporters across three cities. Provide direction, delegate tasks, and ensure everyone is working effectively to meet company goals.
- ** Operational Oversight**: Schedule swappers, transporters, and mechanics based on operational priorities, ensuring that the fleet is always ready and functional.
- ** Workshops Management**: Together with the Lead Mechanic, you will be responsible for the output and performance of the workshops in Amsterdam and Haarlem. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment in the workshops. Oversee equipment maintenance and order necessary supplies, including groceries and parts.
- ** KPI Management**: Ensure quality standards and performance KPIs are consistently met for fleet operations, repairs, and team productivity.
- ** Staff Scheduling & Payroll**: Handle scheduling, time tracking, and payroll for all team members, ensuring everyone is accurately compensated for their work.
- ** Performance Management**: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support the growth and development of the team.
- ** Safety & Compliance**: Ensure compliance with safety regulations in all workshops and during fleet operations.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
