- Setting up schedules; scheduling trucks, managing drivers;
- Communication with the customer, answering questions and proactively informing the customer about the operation;
- Preparing transport documents and working out efficient transport routes;
- Continuous co-improvement of work processes.

- Are a team player with an MBO/ HBO working and thinking level;
- Be creative and come up with the right solution for the customer in hectic situations;
- Have experience in a similar position within the logistics industry;
- Have good organizational knowledge;
- Possesses good communication skills and knows how to negotiate with persuasion;
- Are proficient in English, Greek both written and oral, Dutch is not a must.
