**Your mission**:
As a Car Fleet Supervisor, you'll be the mastermind behind managing and overseeing Epson’s fleet in Europe, ensuring cost reductions, reducing carbon footprints, and keeping everything in line with company policies and reporting requirements. This exciting opportunity allows the Supervisor to drive improvements in Epson’s fleet whilst managing a small team of two fleet professionals. Epson values its employees work-life balance, so the role offers a flexible schedule with three days of remote work and two days at our central Amsterdam office.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Car Fleet**:

- Serve as first point of contact and escalations
- Propose, and lead on improvement projects and initiatives including business cases, budgets, resource allocation, reviewing of contracts
- Handle the acquisition, disposal, and management of all company vehicles in Europe
- Keep vehicle lists up to date and make sure we’re following company policies
- Manage all aspects of lease cars and fleet-related components, including maintenance, fines, and invoices via SAP
- Be the go-to person for employee queries, resolving issues and escalating as needed. Create and maintain fleet reports and ensure IFRS compliance

**Other Duties**:

- Keep everything legally compliant
- Help with insurance and environmental certifications and keep the green message alive to meet CSR targets

**People Management**:

- Motivate and develop your team including training, conducting reviews and annual appraisals

**What we ask for**:

- Proven experience in Fleet Administration across Europe
- Background in multinational companies and international environments
- Financial acumen with budgeting and reporting
- Experience in procurement, project management, and negotiations is a plus
- Strong customer service and reporting skills (Microsoft Office, SAP)
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage your own
- Fluent in English, any other European languages is a bonus
- Experience with fleet management databases is highly beneficial
