Ter uitbreiding van ons team zijn we op zoek naar een leergierige, verantwoordelijke én enthousiaste collega voor de functie van Supervisor Outbound B2C

**_Onze nieuwe collega is gefocust op de volgende resultaten :_**
- Samen met jouw teamleaders en team, ben je verantwoordelijk voor de processen van de afdeling Outbound B2C. Deze afdeling houdt zich bezig met de consumentenorders van ongeveer 25 verschillende klanten.
- Als leidinggevende werk je aan een optimaal functionerend team en houd je daarbij continu de focus - via op
- & afschalen - op het tijdig realiseren van de taken en afdelingsdoelstellingen;
- Ter optimalisatie van de efficiency en doorlooptijden meet je de processen binnen jouw afdeling en stel je uitdagende normen voor de afdeling;
- Naast de afstemming van de dagelijkse planning met je collega Supervisors, heb je veel contact met andere afdelingen binnen Promese om alle processen zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen;
- In deze functie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Logistics Manager.

**_Wat vragen wij?_**
- Een echte teambuilder, die werksfeer belangrijk vindt en aandacht heeft voor de ontwikkeling van zijn team(-leden);
- HBO werk
- en denkniveau met mínimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een leidinggevende, logistieke functie;
- Een Supervisor met natuurlijk overwicht, die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat;
- Iemand die in staat is structuur te creëren en te waarborgen, zodat zijn afdeling efficiënt aan de slag gaat;
- Een communicatief sterke, collegiale aanpakker die naast Nederlands ook de Engelse taal beheerst;
- Met hart voor de zaak ben je uiteraard flexibel en bereid om bij pieken ook over te werken;
