As our Legal Counsel, you will work closely with our central business teams. You will be a trusted advisor by supporting the business by providing advice and handling legal and -occasionally
- compliance matters. You will protect the business from legal and compliance risks.

**How you’ll help us.**

Based at our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands, you will be reporting to the General Counsel EMEA, and as part of the role, you’ll:

- Support the business by handling legal matters, including responding to requests, drafting, negotiating, reviewing agreements, legal documents, and letters, and handling terminations.
- Work with the team and outside counsel to assess legal risks, implement procedures and guidelines, and—where necessary—steer projects in the right direction.
- Manage litigation and disputes.
- Work in legal fields such as Commercial contracts, Privacy, E-commerce / IT, Corporate law, Consumer law, Real Estate, and Competition Law.

**More about you.**
- Qualified lawyer, preferably in an EU jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience, preferably as an inhouse counsel for an international organisation.
- Preferably have IAAP credentials and experience as a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
- Fluency in English is essential, preferably fluent in another EU language as well.
