**About this role**
We are looking for an experienced marketer to join our Partner Activation team as the Partner Activation & Webshop Manager. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in driving brand visibility via partners and increasing partner satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing the webshop strategy while also leading partner activations. **These are some of the key ingredients to the role**:
Webshop Strategy, Proposition & Coordination:
- Develop and implement a centralized webshop strategy, including recommended product range, pricing, and promotional framework.
- Equip markets with tools to optimize profitability and manage P&L effectively.
- Focus on building the webshop’s value proposition, increasing awareness across partner touchpoints, and ensuring high-quality content is consistent across the platform.
Budget & Measurement:
- Support the creation of the country webshop budget based on strategic direction and pricing principles, working closely with B&L and the markets. Provide the tools needed to help influence revenue and profitability within the P&L.
- Track key performance metrics (e.g., partner penetration, traffic), providing insights to central and local teams to improve performance
Partner Activations:
- Lead key partner activations, such as UEFA, Year in Review, and Non dinner moments for partners.
- Develop strategies, go-to-market plans, and manage activation budgets and reporting for these activations.
- Collaborate with local and central teams to ensure successful roll out and impact of these activations.
Stakeholder Management:
- Ensure alignment across initiatives between local and central teams, maintaining clear communication and collaboration to achieve common goals.
- Support teams in driving success for both the webshop and partner activations by keeping them focused and aligned on key priorities.
**What will you bring to the table?**
- 8+ years’ experience in Ecommerce, B2B (trade) marketing, FMCG, or (food) tech.
- Expertise in webshop strategy, category management, and marketing campaigns preferred.
- Proactive, analytical problem-solver with ability to work autonomously.
- Strategic thinker with a test-and-learn approach and a get-things-done mentality
- Data-driven and customer-centric; innovative with strong execution skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with internal central & local stakeholders.
- Proven project management experience; able to build consensus across teams.
- Collaborative mindset, ensuring alignment with key internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills; adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
