**Your responsibilities**:

- Use monitoring tools such as Datadog to ensure the performance, reliability and availability of data pipelines;
- Helping teams identify and address bottlenecks, performance issues and optimise data processing workflows;
- Collaborate with support teams to understand recurring issues and workflows;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements;
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on data analytics best practices;
- Share knowledge by giving demos and workshops to the various teams;
- Have the opportunity to grow into AI and Machine Learning skills in the future as the team expands in this area.

For you as a **Data Analyst**, it is important to be able to see the big picture. You will be in contact with different development teams, each with their own challenges. This means you must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills and be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Furthermore, you recognise yourself in the following:

- You have 3-5 years' experience as a Data Analyst or in similar roles such as BI Developer, Data Engineer and Data Specialist;
- You have experience in a communicative role, where you have experience with various stakeholders and/or internal customers;
- You have experience in building reports and dashboards.
