**What will you do**:
As a social media manager at MCE Group, you will manage and enhance the social media presence for our divisions, portfolio companies, and clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Discord, Telegram, and our websites. In the fast-moving crypto industry, your responsibilities include overseeing social media accounts, creating and executing content strategies, engaging with the community, and ensuring brand consistency. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to align social media strategies with business objectives, monitor performance using analytics tools, and stay updated on the latest social media trends to keep the brand relevant and innovative.

We are looking for a colleague who is available at least 32 hours a week. We need someone proactive, enthusiastic, with strong analytical and communication skills, and who has a problem-solving attitude. We also hope you bring the following:

- A bachelor (HBO) or master degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 6 months+ of experience in social media management or content creation, preferably within the crypto or digital asset industry.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to create engaging content and adapt to various brand voices.
- A responsible individual with a lot of initiative.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
