- As a Campaign Marketeer, you will be essential to FrieslandCampina’s recruitment efforts, designing and executing strategic, well-crafted campaigns. Working closely with the Milk Recruitment account management team, you’ll develop campaigns specifically aimed at connecting with potential dairy farmers. You have a strong understanding of the customer journey, know how to reach our target audience, and ensure that our message resonates effectively and persuasively.Wat we vragen
- Master or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related;
- 4+ years of experience in campaign management, preferably in a Dairy, FMCG or agricultural environment;
- Fluent in Dutch;
- Customer-focused, with a understanding of the farming community, or willing to immerse yourself fully in this target group to deliver impactful results;
- Strategic thinker with experience in managing customer journeys;
- You take responsibility for your work and are continuously looking for new opportunities to make a change;
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar marketing automation and funnel management system.

- Salary between €4,350 and €5,900 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
- Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 5% year-end bonus, 10% performance bonus, and a market-standard pension;

- 200 hours of annual leave, the option to buy or sell 40 extra hours, and 8% holiday allowance;

- Measure campaign effectiveness to track results and optimize strategies.
- Develop new materials to continuously improve our outreach to the farming community.

As a Campaign Marketer, you will work within the Milk Recruitment team and collaborate with various departments, including Cooperative Affairs and Marcom, to identify and seize commercial opportunities. Based in Amersfoort, this role also offers flexibility to work partly from home.
