- Accountmanager SAP Business OneBen jij die proactieve Accountmanager SAP Business One en wil je een essentiële rol spelen in het behouden en laten groeien van onze zakelijke relaties? Dan ben jij misschien dé onmisbare schakel in ons huidige Accountmanagement team. Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams om ervoor te zorgen dat klanten tevreden zijn en blijven met de producten of diensten die Aiden te bieden heeft.

**Taken & verantwoordelijkheden**

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en onderhouden van bestaande klantrelaties. Je onderhoudt het contact met de klanten zo optimaal dat je de kansen ziet en/of creëert en hierdoor de omzet verhoogt. Ook ontvang je van ons alle vrijheid om op jouw manier nieuwe zakelijke mogelijkheden te genereren. Door middel van bijvoorbeeld prospectie, netwerken en gerichte acquisitie activiteiten. Hierdoor zal je ook nauw samenwerken met de interne teams zoals marketing en sales.

Daarnaast houd je je bezig met:

- Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van strategische accountplannen om groei en succes te bevorderen.
- Verstrekken van advies en oplossingen aan klanten met betrekking tot de producten of diensten van het bedrijf.
- Fungeren als het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en het opbouwen van sterke en vertrouwde relaties opbouwen.
- Monitoren van marktontwikkelingen, concurrentie en klantbehoeften om nieuwe kansen te identificeren en de concurrentiepositie te behouden.

**Jouw kennis en ervaring**:
Door je ervaring in het vak (bij voorkeur met SAP Business One) weet je als geen ander dat er altijd meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd lopen en dat je hiervoor over uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden moet beschikken. Daarnaast krijg je er energie van om met de klanten in gesprek te gaan om te kijken hoe we ze nog beter tot dienst kunnen zijn Targets en doelstellingen zijn voor jouw een extra drijfveer om nog meer uit jezelf te halen maar eigenlijk heb jij altijd het gevoel dat je altijd ‘moet’ winnen

Daarnaast vragen wij:

- Minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een relevant vakgebied.
- Bewezen ervaring (het liefst mínimaal 5 jaar) als accountmanager, bij voorkeur in ERP / SAP Business One (bestemd voor voorraadhoudende en/of producerende bedrijven).
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en het vermogen om win-win oplossingen te vinden.
- Klantgerichte mindset met aandacht voor het opbouwen van duurzame relaties.
- Teamspeler met de capaciteit om effectief samen te werken met diverse interne teams.
- Flexibiliteit in je werktijden ten behoeve van reistijd etc. is een vanzelfsprekendheid**.**
