QPS Nederland B.V. in Groningen is onderdeel van een wereldwijde organisatie en voert geneesmiddelenonderzoek uit voor internationale farmaceutische en biotechnologische bedrijven. Voor de afdeling Clinical Trial Logistics Services (CTL) zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega voor de functie van Logistics Services Officer.

Als Logistics Services Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de logistieke processen van monsters voor onderzoek naar geneesmiddelen binnen onze afdeling CTL in Groningen. Je gaat bezig met het bereiden van patiënten kits en je hebt contacten met leveranciers en sponsoren. Je zorgt dat alle logistieke handelingen worden uitgevoerd om patiënten kits op locatie te krijgen. Je zet de afgenomen monsters op transport naar verschillende laboratoria in de wereld. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling van nieuwe medicijnen.

En, verder:

- Ga je bezig met het registreren, beheren en controleren van kits van patiënten monsters;
- Onderhoud je contacten met de ziekenhuizen en internationale opdrachtgevers;
- Voer je administratie werkzaamheden uit, zoals reconciliatie en zorgt dat alles klopt;
- Werk je volgens de GCP kwaliteitsrichtlijnen.

**Wat breng je mee?**
- Je hebt een afgeronde MBO opleiding in de richting van logistiek, laboratorium of vergelijkbaar.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met het werken in een laboratorium, administratie en softwareprogramma’s.
- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve
- en sociale vaardigheden, je bent zowel in schrift, als mondeling vaardig in de Nederlandse
- en de Engelse taal.
- Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken, je bent flexibel, je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
- Je kunt goed plannen en prioriteiten stellen, je bent hands-on en je kunt snel schakelen.
