We are looking for a **Cook **for one of our **restaurants in Amsterdam.**

We are **Sagardi Group,** leaders in the hospitality sector and with an international reference project, initially specialized in Basque cuisine and now also diversified in other gastronomic concepts.

**It is essential that**:

- You have adaptability, leadership and decision making skills.
- Be proactive with a high capacity for work and have a high vocation for service and customer orientation.

**What are you going to do in Sagardi?**
- Maintain the quality of daily production and mise-en-place.
- Manage inventory and utilize the FIFO system effectively.
- Follow the established HACCP process and adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain and organize the kitchen and workspace.
- Execute all tasks assigned by the head chef.
- Provide service within the required timeframes.
- You have full time availability to work split shift (38h/w).
- Experience as an à la carte cook in a restaurant is highly valued, minimum 1 year.
- Ability to manage a station (mise-en-place and service).
- Authorization to work in the Netherlands or EU nationality
- Possibility of national and/or international mobility is valued.
