The Job

As a Stock Allocator you will work with the Merchandise Planner and internal partners to ensure the optimum stock is allocated to various business Points of Sale. Organized and a good communicator, the Stock Allocator is an essential part of the Business to Consumer (B2C) operation.

Your Mission
- Work with Merchandise Planner to analyze sales data and estimate demand to determine the appropriate levels of inventory to be held at each location.
- Allocating and replenishing stock to different channels/per Point of Sale based on sales data, expected demand, and inventory levels.
- Working closely with other departments such as merchandise planning, logistics, retail operations, commercial management, brand management, product, finance to ensure that inventory levels are aligned with business objectives.
- Monitoring inventory levels and making proposals for action as needed to ensure that stock is available to meet customer demand, flagging under or overperformance to Merchandise Planner for further actions (e.g. rebuy/discount).
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and transactions, and generating reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- A strong stock allocator should have good analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis tools and experience working with inventory management systems is highly desirable.
- Maintain a regular communication with the Trackside operations team to gather feedback on product performance and inventory needs.
- Address any issues or concerns related to inventory allocation.
- Liaising with Tilburg Warehouse: collaborate with logistics and order management to ensure timely shipping and determine the lead times of the outbound and inbound process to maintain a sufficient inventory flow to minimize stockouts and optimize the allocation plan.

Your Talent
- Bachelor in Business studies or equivalent
- Up to 2 years of experience in similar position
- English on proficiency level
- Analytical, result oriented, commercial

- 1-year contract with option for extension to permanent contract;
- Salary between € 0000 and € 0000 per month based on 38 hours per week, depending on education and experience;
- Our salaries are based on 38 hours per week, but fulltime work is 40 hours per week. Instead, you choose between a lot of holidays; 37/40 per year ór choose for a 40-hour salary per month with still 25/28 holidays. You can switch every six months;
