Our Distribution Center in **Dordrecht **is looking for **Team Lead.**

The Warehouse Lead will execute goals by communicating clearly and effectively with leadership and Warehouse Associates to ensure constant order flow.

**What will you do?**
- General Duties_
- Lead daily departmental start up meetings to communicate daily goals and special announcements.
- Use WIP (Work in Progress) Report to analyze areas of improvement and ensure associates are on track to meet goals.
- Learn and master SOPs in various departments.
- Run and monitor reports from Warehouse Management (WM) System, communicating results to team.
- Manage customer requirements.
- Conduct Warehouse Associate coaching and observations to monitor utilization, pace and methods
- At end of shift, ensure area is ready for the next shift, and that Warehouse Associates have returned all equipment to be charged or readied for next shift
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required
- Please be aware that you are not able to reach the DC with Public transportation

**Essential Functions**
- Hours and Shift Schedule_
- Availability to work 8-10 hours per day, 5 days per week. Must also be able to work a specific shift schedule or, at times, a rotating schedule.
- Working in shifts from 06:00-15:00/15:00-00:00. This will be a weekly rotation.
- Computer Skills_
- Ability to perform or learn basic computer skills
- Basic Math Functions_
- Ability to complete basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Communication_
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operating instructions.
- Ability to ask questions to gain a clear understanding of instruction and processes.
- Ability to hear and understand oral instructions from supervisors and emergency announcements.
- Physical Skills_
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 10 hours per day.
- Regularly lift and/or move objects of up to 50 pounds a distance of several feet.
- Frequently required to squat, kneel, stoop, twist and bend
- Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.

**Who are you?**
- Minimum Education_
- MBO IV Logistiek Supervisor
- Minimum Experience_

4+ years warehouse experience, with proficiency in each department
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities_
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remain flexible to change, and willingness to move around to other areas
- Experience providing direction/coaching employees
- Experience monitoring/measuring with through WH and labor management
- Proven ability to oversee multiple groups of employees while focusing on performance and quality metrics
- Ability to follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work safely around mechanical equipment
- Preferred additional skills and abilities and experience_
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
