**Omschrijving**

Als Factory People Planner ben je onderdeel van het Supply planning team in Zaandam. Als Factory People Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen van de beschikbaarheid van benodigd personeel voor correcte uitvoering van de productieplanning (korte en lange termijn). Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor een check op juiste urenverantwoording van het productiepersoneel en uitzendkrachten. Ook het plannen van re-integrerende medewerkers uit verzuim behoort tot het takenpakket. De fabriek draait in een 3 ploegendienst, maar jij zal in een dagdienst werken. Hierin werk je nauw samen met de productie. Je rapporteert aan de Manager Warehouse en Supply Chain.

**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**
- Zorgdragen voor de tijdige beschikbaarheid van personeel voor de fabriek (zowel voor de korte als voor de lange termijn).
- Het beoordelen en terugkoppelen van snipperdagen en vakantieaanvragen van productiepersoneel.
- Zorgdragen voor de juiste personeelsbezetting en competenties volgens de "skills matrix", in samenwerking met de training coördinator.
- Aanvragen verzorgen van tijdelijke inhuur van mensen via het uitzendbureau.
- KPI Overzicht verzorgen en bijhouden met betrekking tot performance van de uitzendbureaus.
- Wekelijkse check op uren verantwoording van productiepersoneel (vaste en tijdelijke krachten) in samenwerking met de financiële afdeling.
- Wekelijkse check op re-integrerende medewerkers uit verzuim en op een efficiënte manier inplannen op de productielijn, in samenwerking met HR en productieleiders.
- Ondersteunen en het vervangen van de collega Supply Planners tijdens hun vakantieperiodes.

**Wie ben jij**

Jij bent een gedreven en veelzijdige professional met passie voor planning. Je hebt ervaring in het plannen van personeelsbezetting en het organiseren van interne processen. Je bezit sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en je bent in staat om effectief te werken in een team.

Voor de cruciale rol heb je een pro-actieve en zelfstandige instelling nodig, maar je weet ook collega’s van verschillende afdelingen motiveert om bij te dragen aan de doelstellingen van jouw rol. Je bent niet alleen analytisch, nauwkeurig en data-gedreven, maar ook sociaal en communicatief vaardig. Je weet hoe je mensen kan motiveren, verbeteringen binnen productie moet aanpakken en deze verbeterprojecten uiteindelijk ook tot een goed einde te brengen.
- Je hebt aantonend HBO werk
- en denkniveau;
- Een afgeronde logistieke of supply chain gerelateerde opleiding is een pré;
- Je hebt kennis van en affiniteit met FMCG;
- Je beschikt over goede kennis van Ms Office (met name Excel);
- Je hebt kennis van ERP systemen en planning systemen (zoals JD Edwards/Manugistics);
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed.

- Arbeidsovereenkomst voor bepaalde tijd (12 maanden) met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
