**Responsibilities include**:

- Support Executives on an Interim basis with complex calendar management, maintaining an agile approach to changing needs and priorities.
- Schedule and confirm meetings both internally and externally
- Administrative duties, including processing travel and expense reports
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders internally and externally.
- Participate in administrative tasks such as supporting the content team with updating documents, drafting amendments, and managing the process and flow of content submissions
- Be responsible for specific tools for both internal and external systems, and update documents and trackers.
- Support the team with ad hoc projects such as building presentations, organizing events and research
- Coordinate logistics / technical set-up for content partner meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally
- Liaise with Creative talent and coordinate gifting for partners.
- Maintaining flexibility and openness to take on additional projects

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years as an assistant supporting multiple senior-level directors or executives
- Experience working in the entertainment or creative industry would be desirable
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required
- Team player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting.
- Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information.
- Demonstrates flexibility towards work such as responding after hours for important, timely, or urgent matters.
- Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Google Mail.
